At Detox Within, we are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of our clients’ personal information. This privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard the information provided to us. Please understand.

 

1. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

– All appointments for colonic hydrotherapy, massage, sauna pod with chromotherapy, and Normatec compression suits services must be scheduled in advance.
– A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of $40.

 

2. Health and Safety

– Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or other health concerns to the clinic staff before undergoing any of the services.
– Clients with certain medical conditions may be required to provide a doctor’s note or seek medical clearance before receiving services.

 

3. Colonic Hydrotherapy

– Clients must follow the pre-treatment guidelines provided by the clinic to ensure the effectiveness and safety of the colonic hydrotherapy session.
– The clinic staff will provide detailed instructions on what to expect during and after the colonic hydrotherapy session.
– Please understand that the Colonic Hydrotherapist is not a Physician. She does not insert, diagnose, or prescribe.

 

4. Massage

– Clients should communicate their preferences and any discomfort during the massage session to the therapist.
– The clinic is not liable for any injuries resulting from the client’s failure to disclose relevant health information or follow the therapist’s instructions.

 

5. Sauna Pod with Chromotherapy

– Clients should follow the guidelines provided by the clinic for the safe and effective use of the sauna pod with chromotherapy.
– It is recommended that clients stay hydrated before and after using the sauna pod.

6. Normatec Compression Suits
– Clients should inform the clinic staff of any discomfort or pain experienced using the Normatec compression suits.
– The clinic is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from the improper use of the Normatec compression suits.

7. Payment and Refund Policy

– Payment is due at the time of service unless the clinic has arranged it.
– Refunds will be provided in accordance with the clinic’s refund policy, which may vary depending on the service provided.
– In the event that a client has pre-paid concessions or holds a gift card, they will have a 12-month period to utilize these benefits.
However, should a client fail to attend a scheduled appointment without providing prior notice and has already made a prepayment, the decision to issue a refund will be at the discretion of the therapist.

 

8. Confidentiality

– The clinic will maintain the confidentiality of all client information and records in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

9. Code of Conduct

– Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner while at the clinic.
– The clinic reserves the right to refuse service to any client who behaves in a disruptive or inappropriate manner.

 

10. Liability

– The clinic is not liable for any injuries, damages, or adverse effects resulting from the client’s failure to disclose relevant health information or follow the clinic’s guidelines and instructions.

By scheduling an appointment and/or receiving services at the clinic, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms and conditions outlined above. The clinic reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time.
